The IALC Workshop in Berlin is in full swing. It is so nice to be here in the wonderful city of Berlin surrounded by industry partners and friends. The first part of the day consisted of the IALC AGM - the first IALC AGM since the pandemic...and from what we heard from participants, it was really insightful and dynamic. 

Next up were the industry seminars, which saw a lovely mix of discussions aimed at schools, agencies and both schools and agents. Right now, as we speak, there is an extremely interesting panel discussion going on about "The Future of the Industry". This is a question which is on everyone's mind...and we are happy to report that the atmosphere here is very positive!
